Once payment has been received we commence work on your draft immediately. Therefore, we regrettably (and understandably!) have a no refund policy.
If your gift arrives damaged in any way, please report it to our customer services department (01737 850516) immediately, and we will address any problems instantly.
We start working our magic to create your personalised gift the moment payment is received. Therefore, we have a no cancellation policy.
The Poetry Studio guarantees never to disclose your personal information to any third party. We do not make telephone sales calls and will only contact you if we have questions regarding your order. The Poetry Studio may wish to e-mail you from time to time informing you of special offers and new products. If you wish to receive these e-mails then please tick the corresponding box at the check-out.
Personal information that you supply to enable us to create a bespoke poem on your behalf will be treated as confidential. We respect that you are sharing precious memories with us and will soley use this information to weave your rhyme.
We maintain the copyright over work that we produce for you, however, we will uphold our respect for your privacy and will not use your work for any commercial purposes without your permission. Therefore, we will always contact you to ask for your approval in using your poem or design, on our website or for any additional marketing activity. We will obviously respect your decision to refuse.
