Which is why you'll find every single one of the gifts we manufacture in-house offered to you with FREE delivery. Yes, we don't charge you a penny for postage (which for the main part includes First Class Royal Mail) on our poetry and canvas gifts. Where you do see a delivery cost on our website, we're simply passing on the postage costs from our suppliers who deliver direct to you. Not marking it up, just passing it on. Value that proves we care.
Which is why we've introduced personal account managers to hold your hand throughout the entire gift production process. So, the moment you place your order you'll be emailed details of your own account manager and he or she will be there on hand to ensure we craft your gift to perfection and all your questions are answered. You can even choose to have text message notification when your artwork proof or poem draft is ready to view. We want you to enjoy the giving as much as your loved one will enjoy the receiving. Which is why we'll scan in any posted photographs absolutely free. This takes a lot of time and work from our part but we recognise that you've already bought your gift and why should we sting you with extra scanning costs per photo just because you haven't got digital images available? We wouldn't dream of it. So, don't worry at all. Just let us know how you'll be supplying your photos and we'll work with our usual efficiency and commitment and no extra costs.
